On Friday 27th February we held a sponsored spellathon in room1to help raise money for the National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS). We all learned words and spelt them out in front of the P3 class from Bantaskin Primary (they were impressed) and after we were finished gave our guests some cake and juice as a thank you for coming along. The Falkirk Herald also came and took photographs which will be in this weeks paper hopefully so look out for them. We don’t have a final total for the money raised yet, but will post that on the blog when it’s all collected and counted. Here are a few pictures that we took ourselves, and thank you to everyone who sponsored us.
